Been drooling over cold foam drinks on your feed lately? This peanut butter version is one you'll want to make straight away; and the good news is it's a lot more straightforward than it looks.

Rich, creamy and a little indulgent. If nutty flavours are your thing, this one's for you.

What You'll Need

  • 250ml filter coffee or cold brew of filter coffee. For best results, follow our Cold Brew Guide →
  • 30ml full cream
  • 2-3 tsp peanut butter
  • 5ml caramel syrup
  • Ice
  • A wand-style milk frother

How to Make It

  1. Brew 250ml of cold brew.
  2. Add the full cream, peanut butter and caramel syrup to a small glass or jar.
  3. Froth with your wand-style milk frother until thick and foamy.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour over your cold brew.
  5. Pour the peanut butter cold foam generously over the top.
  6. Drizzle with a little extra caramel syrup or top with chopped peanuts if you like. Serve immediately and enjoy!
