To help you decide how much coffee to order — and how often —, we’ve put together a simple guide based on what we and our customers have learned over time.
ESPRESSO - Our guide is based on an average of 14g per single shot or 22g per double shot.*Please check your coffee machine, as basket sizes can differ.
PLUNGER - We’ve calculated roughly 60g of coffee per litre of water, but feel free to tweak it to your taste.

Absolutely! Once you have subscribed you will be provided with an account where you can manage your subscription.
Simply login and adjust the following to your needs:
- Blend* (prices may vary), quantity and delivery frequency.
- Shipping address and payment details.
- Skip a delivery if you’re away.
- Add a one-time product* (extra coffee, chocolate, chai, tea, equipment, etc.).
- Cancel or pause your subscription anytime.

Of course, you can cancel anytime.
You also have the flexibility to pause your subscription at any time, which means you can take a break and then reactivate whenever you’re ready. Simply log in to your account, head to your current Subscription section, and manage everything directly from there.
We offer free shipping on orders over $70, or a flat $14.95 for smaller ones.
Place your order by 11:00am (AEDT) and we’ll do our best to ship it the same day, orders placed after that head out the next business day. Depending on your location, we ship via Australia Post or Aramex, with Express Post available for an extra charge. As we’re in a rural area, next-day delivery isn’t guaranteed, so check the Australia Post website for estimated times.
We roast coffee three times a week, ensuring your beans are always fresh and full of flavour. We carefully time our dispatch so that by the time your order arrives, your beans have had the perfect amount of time to ‘degas’ and are ready to brew right away.
