Bringing You The Recipe For The Viral Italian Coffee Cream Dessert

We couldn’t resist jumping on the Instagram trend and trying out the viral Italian Coffee Cream dessert ourselves. It’s a simple recipe that requires a bit of arm strength, but the results are well worth the effort and perfect for any coffee lover with a sweet tooth.

To enjoy this dessert anytime, we opted for Organic Mycotoxin-free Decaf Coffee and added a touch of sweetness with our delicious Gourmet Drinking Chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

– A glass jar
– 14g of Organic Mycotoxin-Free Decaf Coffee (or your preferred espresso)
– 4 tsp of Drinking Chocolate powder
– 2 tsp of sugar
– 300g of Thickened Cream

METHOD

Brew a shot of espresso with 2 tsp of sugar and dissolve the drinking chocolate powder in a dash of hot water. Let both cool completely.

Add the cooled espresso and drinking chocolate, followed by the thickened cream to the glass jar. Leave some space at the top of the jar (about 1/3 to 1/2) for easy shaking.

Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 6-7 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. You’ll hear a change in consistency when it’s ready!

Pop it in the freezer for 20 minutes, sprinkle the remaining drinking chocolate powder on top and mangiare!

Hope you enjoy your delicious Italian coffee cream dessert.
