A wealth of experience and dedication is shared between Franco Ivancich,our Master Roaster and Simon Shannon, also our Roaster and Trainer.

They have developed our superb multi award winning blends through extensive roasting and cupping trials. Each bean is roasted to produce the ultimate result… a coffee with richness,natural sweetness and a clarity of flavour.

Franco has been roasting since 1995. His natural ability and passion were enhanced by training with a Sydney based roaster and later, with Stephen Dietrich of Dietrich Roasters fame. We are also very proud of our friendly, professional and passionate service. Annie Ivancich and Kellie Lynch head our formidable front office and are also the “face” of Byron Bay Coffee Company.

Our staff who work in the factory have been with us for many years, and we are more like a family than a business. They are a great team and we have a lot of fun together.
